Basic Policy

  • We do not accept any returns except for initial defective products. 
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances except for damaged products.
  • We do not accept any returns or exchanges for the convenience of the customer.
  • Overseas products may not be sewn as well as domestic products. Threads popping out that are not the source of fraying, tight buttonholes, folded wrinkles, etc. will not be treated as initial defects.
  • In the case of printed fabric products, the pattern may not be the same as in the photo due to the way the fabric is cut and sewn. We do not accept returns or exchanges for the reason that the pattern is different from the picture.

  • For apparel products, the measurements on the size chart may vary by 2-3cm due to the sewing process.


About early failure

  • If you wish to return or exchange an initially defective item, please contact us at the email address below within 3 days including the date of delivery with [order number], [your name], [item number], [reason for return or exchange], and [attach a photo of the item].
  • To be eligible for a return due to an initial defect, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
  • Please note that we will not be held responsible if the exchange/return period has expired because you have not set up your domain to receive emails from us. Please be aware of this. (Please note that we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the product.)
  • In the case of initial defective products or wrong products, we will pay for the return shipping.
